BRIDGEBUILDERS AND OTHER NEWS

Dr Steve Dunn shares insights about the unchurched at the Bridgebuilders Seminarin Camp Hill

15 persons joined us last Saturday in our third Bridgebuilders Seminar. 15 persons attended the training event held at the Camp Hill Church. Persons came from Shiremanstown, Harrisburg First, Living Faith, Westminister, Mount Pleasant and our host church Camp Hill. A huge thanks to Pastor Spangler and his staff for their hospitality. Once again persons received insights and training to help traditional churches reach their unchurched and generally pre-Christain neighbors.  In the three held o far we have had 65 persons from 22 churches in attendance.

This is the final one planned for this spring, but we will be offering three more in the fall.  Newville will be one host and we are negotiating with hosts in Maryland, somewhere in the Harrisburg Northeast, and in the Lancaster-York area. Watch this blog and the Commission’s FACEBOOK page and website for firm dates soon.

Next Saturday (April 9th) is the next elective in the School of Evangelism.  Youth and Children Evangelism will be taught by Greg Hench, Micah Yarger, and Lisa Kilgore.  It will be held at the Carlisle Church of God from 8:30-3:30. Cost is $25 unless it is your first class, then you attend for free.  Register today at the Commissions’ website  Registration deadline is Wednesday morning, so do not delay.
